BFA in Studio Art

The DoART delivers a well-balanced & blended curriculum of traditional art-making skills and knowledge-based research along with the use of new technologies to produce an integrated academic program that stresses the elements and principles of design, craftsmanship, and award-winning research. Students will be motivated to re-examine the world and research new and innovative means by which to visually communicate their ideas to an ever-changing and diverse population a global community.

- Time management: Prioritize goals and organize time to be more productive and efficient.
Students in the visual studio arts will be very practiced in both technical and theoretical problem-solving. The media and processes also require a great deal of practiced self-motivation and experimentation.
